“It’s not often one gets the chance to work with someone as hard working, creative and inspiring as Lily. First and foremost, I now think of Lily as an artist, but that is not to say she doesn’t excel at the day-to-day project work too!
I worked with Lily on news.com.au’s integrated sales campaigns and she always managed to bring creative form and structure to campaign’s with dubious briefs, in the end making clients and sales teams very happy. Her quality of work was always evident in the simplicity of user function and aesthetic, and along with her professionalism and collaboration, these were traits I greatly admired.
She lead the design team with enthusiasm, positivity and care - something sorely lacking in our deadline driven industry. She would always work above and beyond and collaboratively with her team to get the job done. Her list of nominations and awards are numerous and obvious, but it is her calm nature, great attitude, hard working ethos and sense of humour that I would recommend Lily without hesitation. ”

As a graphic designer, Lily seamlessly applies an artistic finesse and a user driven technicality to everything she creates. Her works are not only visually pleasing, but more importantly, highly functional to the user. Indeed, this emphasis of functionality is the essence of good design and it is what elevates her work to a quality level.
Lily is also an excellent manager and is simply joy to work with. She is the foundation of our production team as she brings with her a creative energy, good leadership and positive attitude (which affects those who work with Lily). When it comes to high pressure situations, she isn’t afraid to simply get her hands dirty and work hard - all while displaying calmness and grace.
As an artist, I have a newfound respect for Lily as she uses her talents and skills for a good cause through her body of work: ‘Endcount’. Utilising visual art and data, her goal is to raise awareness of the sobering decline of various animal populations. I admire the aesthetics of her art as well as the critical message behind it.
Overall,I have learnt much under Lily’s guidance and she has shaped me to become the designer that I am today. If given the opportunity, I would work with her without any hesitation and I highly recommend any person or organisation looking to collaborate with a truly talented and hard working individual.”
