Westfield Gift Cards
Our Mission was to unify the Westfield Gift Card experience into one platform and redesign the site to be inlined with the Westfield new visual language, as well as improving UX, drive sales opportunities, and rebrand the digital / physical product and all the campaigns.
Challenges
Gift cards was running on a separate platform from the web experience in both AU (corporate / consumer) and NZ. We migrated the Gift cards websites into our main website.
I led and redesigned the consumer site, corporate site, EDMs, hero images to be in lined with the new Westfield.com.au brand and our new design system but we were very constrained with the technology dot.net platform so we could not do drastic user flow / UX changes for phase1 just yet. However I improved the UI, the transactional customer journey and considered the different shopping behaviours in my designs.
