Objective was to create a brand NEW Retail Banking System Portal
Scenario was as follow: Peter is a sale’s person for HelloWorld, Bondi Junction and is completing a new purchase online via the HSBC portal. The customer ‘Maude’ applied for HSBC Credit Card Interest free so she can purchase a holiday with Helloworld Travel and enjoy a 12 months of flexibility and freedom.
Purpose of the journey was to finalise purchase transaction between HelloWorld (Peter) and customer (Maude) with a frictionless Customer Experience, and design all the use cases and scenarios.
